Navigating Your Path debuted at the 2005 World Conference on Breast Cancer in Halifax, Nova Scotia. With generous funding from the CURE Foundation, the National Working Group of the Public Health Agency of Canada’s Community Capacity Building Committee, the Public Health Agency launched the guide to assist persons receiving a diagnosis of advanced breast cancer in finding the resources and support they need. The guide has been tested across the country by professionals and survivors, has received a positive response, and is available for national distribution.
